Your welcome letter provides all the information you need to set up your e-mail account. It should have your User ID, E-Mail Address and POP Server.
For example: ABC Company will use the following information to set-up its e-mail account:
User ID
E-Mail Address
POP Server
abc

Step 1.
Open Eudora. Click 'Tools' on the menu bar. From the menu that drops down, click on 'Options.'
Step 2.
In the window that appears, click on the 'Getting Started' icon on the left.
Step 3.
Fill out the boxes with the information shown below, exactly as it appears.
Step 4.
Click on the 'Personal Information' icon on the left side of the dialogue box.
Step 5.
Click on the box beneath 'Return address'. Type in the e-mail address where you want people to reply.
Step 6.
Click on the icon marked 'Hosts' on the left side of the dialogue box.
Step 7.
Keep this set to the SMTP provided to you by your ISP.
